The bill (Reg. No. 1135) suggests a new version of clause 12 of part one of article 45 of the Housing Code of the Ukrainian SSR, which stipulates primarily housing provision to not only teachers and other pedagogical personnel of general education schools and vocational schools, but also “pedagogical and educational research personnel of higher education establishments”.
Not objecting to the legislative initiative, Committee members noted that practical implementation of the aim of the bill requires introduction of efficient measures of organizational, economic and financial character.
People’s deputies supported the bill, adoption of which according to them, will allow eliminate gaps in current legislation regarding primarily provision of the respective categories of experts with housing.
